Our Cohorts
PFAS-TRANSFORMED brings together more than 20 diverse cohorts to conduct the largest and most comprehensive prospective investigation of the effects of PFAS on the development of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). This collaboration provides us with access to biospecimens and epidemiological data from more than 50,000 participants across multiple life stages.
